Happy is a feeling, a present feeling that is chacterised by love, satisfation, pleasure, joy & contentment.... Aristotle stated that man desire happiness for their own sake. They sought for riches, healthes, honors not only for their own sake but also to be happy.
When ppl start to compare they will feel: anger, disappointed, jealous, ungrateful and all these equal to UNHAPPY...
i say multimedia is the root of all evil. They create perfect pictures to everybody, perfect bodies, perfect hairs, perfect homes, perfect families and all theses perfect somehow create an illusion that perfect is possible.
thats why alot of people are feeling unhappy now cos most of them are not content...

e.g:
i hav more hair than orange
i'm slimmer than a cow
thank god i have Fb =P
feel blessed not stress
have a cheese cake.... lol... so you can say cheese~
Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect; it means that you decide to look beyond imperfection =)

be happy also is all the time.
Don't tell yourself things like
I will work hard now and be happy when I earn enough to have house and marry with her
Coz when you have house and marry with her, you will start to think,
I will need to earn more money so that I can have kid. I will be happy when I have kid.
And then when you got kid, you think I will work hard now, and be happy when I can see them graduate in university...
The story will just continue and in the end, you end up old with not much time left to be happy.
So be happy also to enjoy in the process of living. You can continue earn your money and still be happy. You can enjoy planning for a vacation instead of wait for the vacation to come then only be happy.

Things to do when you're bored as suggest by others
1. Try to not think about penguins
(Amusement Potential: 1-5 minutes)
This is especially hard, because by trying too much, you remember what you were trying to avoid thinking of. If you try too little, you end up thinking about penguins anyway.
2. Scratch yourself
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Go ahead, scratch yourself now. Even if nothing itches, go ahead. Doesn't that feel pretty good?
3. Burn things with a magnifying glass

Ants are always fun to use for this, but burning the face of someone you don't like, under some circumstances, can be just as entertaining.
4. Pull out a hair, stick in someone's ear

Best done to sleeping people. Added challenge in having no one else around, because then you can't blame it on anyone else. Try to beat your record number of times before the person catches on.
5. Stare at the back of someone's head until they turn around
(Amusement Potential: 2-5 minutes)
This works on the "I have the feeling I'm being watched" principle. Conduct an experiment-does this really work?

When I am bored, I guess is go out watch a movie and eat nice nice food. :P
I know a person when bored... she will take sexy photo of her wearing a 2 piece bikini and post it at FB.
I told her, if you do this when you are bored, your male friend will not plan on cheering you up and will plan how to make you more bored so that you can be in less clothing. :P
Do tell me if you will do this when you are bored. I will be the cameraman. Heehee
oh... yah hor... thats wat i do when i'm bored too :P but i can self photo sooo no cameraman needed :P
In order to make sure that the photo show off ur long slim leg and nice curve, a cameraman is needed. (^^)

life is precious n fragile... but some
ppl just took it for granted... n some
ppl misused it.... I will never understand why some one could end his life so easily while some one else is struggling to maintain it.
today you might talk to someone and the next day he'll just gone forever. I've read alot of touching stories abt those who not treasure who they love n i will not repeat that =P
many say treasure every moment you spend treasure every one you love but not everyone can do that.... Rite?
As we all grow up we will learn that there's no "happily ever after" Ppl you trust will let you down one day... You break other ppl's heart and other ppl break yours. You fight wit your BFF or maybe fall in love with them.
Life comes wit no guarantees, no second chance, no time out.... so live it full, treasure everyone, every moment, tell your crusher you love him/her, hold your mother's hand, hug your dad, singing in the rain, jump into the ponds, ask ur haters to F*ck off cos you don care n u gonna grin till ur jaws hurt....
Cos every moment you spend, every laugh, every cry, every hapi, upset, angry, you can never get back =)
